Do you ever ask your husband/SO/general male figure in the house to do something and they never get to it so you end up doing it?
In the last 5 days I have:
1. Installed 2 sink faucets in the 2 bathrooms upstairs (that was an experience in itself). But my Home Depot book did help.
2. Painted the outer border of the garage to match the paint/seal we just did on the floor in there.
3. Installed cove base all around the perimeter of the garage because I pulled out the base boards when we sealed the floor.
4. Installed new weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door because every time it rains I have a lot of water in there.
All of this stuff we were supposed to do together when he took 3-4 days off last week. Granted I did not feel good, but I really wanted to get that garage done so he could start putting the cabinets together. I still would have been out there helping him. Thanks for letting me vent.
I'm tempted to teach myself how to change the power steering hose as it has been leaking in my blazer and I AM the one who has to drive it.
So, what do you end up doing?
