I am a 3 month Cathe newbie and would like to do my first official rotation. I have just been making my own up as I wanted to become familiar with her workouts first. I would like to try the Feb 07 rotation and would love to get feedback from others who have tried it. Also, which workouts could I possibly substitute for the 45 minute interval run or cycle ride. Would I just do a pure cardio?
