Feedback on BUTS ans GUTS

Well, i did buts and guts.
Just finished. I was on fire through most of the w/o. I will not be using 5# ankle weights in the near future. 2.5 was plenty.
Wait till you make it through the 2nd set of walking lunges...

I had to stop and stretch more often. I was really cramping.
By the 2nd set of 1 legged lunges i was dying, BUT I DID IT!!!
By the time i did abs it was hard to keep my legs straight.
You guys are gonna love this one.

If this don't tighten up your derrier nothin will.
The stretch is a little longer and more thorough. You will need it.
Hope i can walk tomorrow.
OH< MY....
Loved it....
Maybe it was so hard from being a different type of workout, but it is a goodie.
This w/o was well worth the wait.
I would have paid double for it....
Cathe really changed it up and gave us a goodie...

Thanks for the heads up. I got my DVD's today I previewed them and Butts & Guts is what I plan to do tomorrow. They all look great. I am so excited.

Well, if i can do it so can you...
May i remind you i make it through GS legs with no problem and heavier than Cathe.
You can do it. I worked through the burn and paused to stretch because my legs felt like cement and were really tight.
So far no pain today, but it is early.....
