Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, Feb 11th at 9:15am EST, we'll be doing "Athletic Training" Live. Very closely matched to the DVD, you'll open with all intense low impact athletic & basic movements on the step to ignite your metabolism and sculpt your thighs & glutes. After that you'll continue with bands & weight work to challenge your upper body & core too. Yowza!

Full Sized Step with two risers under each side to start (have two extra risers handy to add height later)
