Fearful of B&G? Try this...

If you are afraid of this DVD, please try the 49 minute standing glutes and abs premix. I find it doable and very effective without killing me or scaring me. I have done it 3X and I am especially pleased with the variety and the brevity. It's turning into one of favorites and I also add on some cardio from CTX.

My knees won't take lunges or squats. Are these in the standing quad and abs section? If so, guess that let's me out! Thanks.

Here is a great workout which features Butts & Gutts...

Since the workout reminds of kickboxing, here is what I did. Do the warm-up, intermediate drills, and high intensity drills of KPC. Then do the the blast challenge of KM. Next, put in Butts & Gutts leg blast pre-mix (47.5 min). After that go back to KPC combos and then Bootcamp cardio only premix. Put in Butts & Gutts again, and do floor work (19.5 min). Finally, end with 4 sets of weighted stability ball butt squeezes. This is a great workout...I really feel it in my side glute area ")

And after you're done I'm sure that Kristen will volunteer to come and scrap you off the floor and push your wheelchair for the next couple of days;-)

Seriously though, that is only tough mish mosh!

Yeah, but it's a great one!! ") I'm feeling it today in the glutes. The weights I used were lighter, since I typically train heavy at the gym. However, with the pace Cathe was going, I needed lighted weights. Last night I definately had some good DOMS in my glutes and quads!! I am going to do this again ")

The premixes on this are great. Even the floorwork premix is great and you will feel it. I feel they are much more doable than doing the whole workout everytime.
