I am looking for some new weight training workouts and I'm really wanting to mix things up, so I'm looking for some input. What are some of your favorite and most effective circuit, heavy, high reps, and superset workouts? Thanks :) :)
 
My favorites are the Slow and Heavy series and the Gym Style Workouts. I rotate these every couple of weeks. I also love Muscle Endurance.

Favorite circuit: P90 Masters "Sculpt 5-6"
Favorite heavy: P90X
Favorite high reps: Jari Love's "Get Ripped to the Core"
Favorite supersets: can't think of one
 
Favorite circuit: Bootcamp

Favorite heavy: Power Hour -- it's really more of an endurance

Favorite high reps: Muscle Endurance

Favorite Supersets: Supersets

Thanks for the recommendations ladies. Some of these workouts I have, but some I don't so maybe it's time to go shopping. Thanks again.:D

I already have High Step Training, Slow and Heavy, and ME which I love, but as far as buying something new I'm leaning toward getting the two new Jari Love workouts, P90X, and possibly Supersets. There is a rotation article that looked interesting and I was thinking about giving it a try. That's why I was looking for the best in each area. I want to make the best use of my time. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. :) :)
