Favorites on Firestick

The firestick Live app is still having issues with favorites. Some days mine are there and other days, like today, they are not. I was wondering when or if this issue will ever be fixed? I've cleared everything and forced stop and still didn't have my list today. Thanks. Kim

I am having the same issue. I reached out to customer service and they told me "We are aware of the issue. We informed our developer about this. It is tough to say how long it will take him to identify the issue and fix it but he is aware of it."

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure if they would even be able to take care of anything right now with the virus going on. At least this is one less thing I have to think about for a while. Hope everyone stays safe!!!!
