Tracey is great. I have HISM. It is a lot of fun, but you have to take the time to learn it. Tracey doesn't do a lot of breakdown. Once you learn the moves it is FUN!!
I also have her new Sweatfest Series. I love StepSweatfest. It is a lot of fun with really cool moves. And can be broken down into 2 thirty minutes sessions or 1 hour of fun.
CardioSweatfest is fun too. If you don't have a lot of space this is an awesome kickbox workout. I have previewed the hi/lo but have never done it.
I also like the second half of Sculptfest. I think Tracey has a lot of great balance work on here, to help work your core muscles. And her belly burner segement is just that a belly burner.
Tracey has a great personality and is fun. I'm excited for her new series to be completed as well.
Her crew is fun and they enjoy what they are doing so they make the workouts fun and the time flies by!!
