well....I don't usually do premixes, but I did B&G premix #4 this mmorning and man, this rocked!! I felt it immediately, and I'm still feeling it. The abs were great too!
Definetely all the 4DS premixes. I rarely do 4DS as-is. My favorite is probably the "Cardio Power" premix--Bootcamp and KB cardio's together.
I also love the lower body one and the chest, shoulders, triceps one. 4DS is one of Cathe's best programs, IMHO. It has everything you could ever need!
I agree with Allison, 4DS has some of the BEST premixes. My favourites are the upper body premix (doing that one tonight!) and the double cardio premix (low and high intensity step)
LIC cardio premix, with the added blasts! The best low impact, even though I know alot of you find it kinda easy, but that is good for a bad stepper such as myself.
I also like the Drill Max cardio only premix...not the double one mind you, the regular premix.
