i was just wondering b/c i did legs and glutes extreme premix for the first time now i am in love with legs and glutes all over again. its always been a favorite but then i got butts and guts. i only have done lower body of butts and guts, it really focuses on what i want and need,but its nice to go back to the first love.

so what are yours??
 
Legs & Glutes is definitely my favorite. Gets a lot done in a short amount of time and moves very quickly with a wide variety of exercises that are extremely effective. The music's great too.

Lately I really like GS legs. I like that she used the high step (standing and lying) and the ball. I DREAD those slow pulse lunges though. They kill me every time!

Oh, I also like S&H legs too! That one always gives me DOMS! :)

I voted for GSL because I ALWAYS have some kind of DOMS after this w/o. That said, however, I just did PLB last week for the first time in a year and totally remember why I love this one, too - this w/o seems to hit my hamstrings in a way that the other ones don't. Like the OP, I usually "fall in love" with a w/o again after I haven't done it in a while. So I'm sure that my favorite one will change on a regular basis!:D

I can't say because I've only used Butts & Gutts once, but that was tough. I think I did like it. I have done L&G Extreme premix quite a few times and I enjoy that one (maybe that is my favourite), but I did PLB yesterday, after a long hiatus, and I really like that one too. I sweated buckets, much more than I do for GS Legs (don't like the floor work with the band in this). I like PS Legs too when and used to do that quite a lot when my DVD collection was smaller. I never used S&H that often.

Choices, choices, choices. They are all too good and I just can't decide. They're all my favourites.

I could do B&G for every lower body workout. I love the firewalkers - so much fun. And the ab routine is really good too.
 
I'm with Marcy on this. L&G is my favourite. It does the job in less than an hour - great atmosphere and nice range of exercises.
 
I can't pick just one...

I LOVE PLB because it's a very effective short workout that hits me like no other. Who'd have thought I could ever do leg presses with 50 pounds on my back. Certainly surprised me.

I LOVE LL because it's another fast, effective workout that just goes into it and never stops. It also hits every part of the legs and fries them.

I LOVE L&G and B&G because they hit the legs very differently than the others.

I haven't done GS Legs for a while - probably because it hurts too much when I do! But it's on my rotation again, so we'll see.
 
from these votes i might have to invest in gym style legs LOL!!

i have PLB taped from fittv but i like to pyramids on my own routines so i copy my own routines after this but overall its a good way of training. just can't go as heavy using videos.

i think legs and glutes will always be a favorite but i will always pine for butts and guts LOL!!!

i love those firewalkers too,at first didn't think they would work but getting the right tension in the band they certainly do work LOL

Gym Style Legs always gives me DOMS and it's fun, but I do love B&G and I tend to reach for that one when I don't want heavy weight and killer floorwork. Love the firewalkers.
 
I have gotten the best results with GS Legs and I never do the floorwork.

B&G for me, works the best for my body type.

L&G I'll usually do w/ KPC but then just add on the inner thigh work, standing ankle weight work & floor work.

I have to watch how much high step I do as I naturally have a "bubble butt" so too much high step really makes it bigger than I like and don't use GS Legs much b/c i do better w/ high rep/low weight for my booty & thighs!

That being said, I do LOVE high step work & wish I could do it more but throwing in HSTA once in a while gives me my high step fix & cardio all at once! LOVE that one & wish I could do it and Drill Max every other day! :)
