I haven't done Split Sessions in awhile so I pulled it out and looked over the first 2 exercises for upper body and here is how they are both done, 2 sets of each in a superset. I remember the rest of the upper body exercises being done is a similar way. If you want more specifics I can review more of the workout for you.
Back Rows using dumbbells
-you alternate arms for a total of 12 separate reps (or 6 total sets)
-then she immediately does 6 reps rowing both arms together
-then she does little pulses at the top of the move (both arms) for 8 pules
She then goes into..
Flat Bench Press with dumbbells
-same rep pattern as above
-pulses for 8 at the bottom of the move
Can someone tell me what the music is like in KCM workouts? I reach for Cathe workouts everyday because they are awesome but also because of the music. If I don't like the music the DVD will sit on the shelf collecting dust. Thx
