PH is my favorite full body workout. I don't know why, its hard as heck, but for some reason I think its fun too! I like the warm up with the barbell, and I like that Cathe gives you time inbetween changing body parts, to also change your weights. I also like the form pointers. The ab work is one of the best she has! My entire body feel soooo worked when I am done this dvd. This was my first Cathe weight workout, and I had done it 3X a week with 2X cardio a week and got amazing results!
