Favorite Full Body Weight Work out?

PH is my favorite full body workout. I don't know why, its hard as heck, but for some reason I think its fun too! I like the warm up with the barbell, and I like that Cathe gives you time inbetween changing body parts, to also change your weights. I also like the form pointers. The ab work is one of the best she has! My entire body feel soooo worked when I am done this dvd. This was my first Cathe weight workout, and I had done it 3X a week with 2X cardio a week and got amazing results!

Yeah, another vote for PH. Could not live without this one. It's simple, hits every body part, love the music, and time just flies.
 
Maximum intensity Strength is fantastic, too. I love this along with ME, MM, & PH.

Hi, what' this ME, MM, I'm can't wait to get the new DVS'S but I want to get anoter one while I'm waiting for them ,which one should I get? I have all the Gym style,4 days split,drill max,body max 2,butts & guts.Also I Have P90X, but I can't decide, for power hour or slow & heavy or pyramyde style some help please!!!!!

Me too!! I really enjoy Power Hour. I like the faster pace/lighter weights used in this routine. Each muscle group is set to a different song and you have time in between to get your weights ready while Cathy gives pointers on best form. This workout flies by for me too!
