Favorite Compound Exercises

Hello everybody,
I would like to compile a list of the most effective and favorite compound exercises that I could use for a short metabolic boost and strength workout I could fit into my short lunch break.
Please let me know what your favorites are.

Burpees, manmakers with dumbbell row in plank and push up then stand and do shoulder press; squats; deadlifts; alternate with jump squats or jump lunges; chest press alternate with plyo press or tricep push ups; back rows and pull ups; kettlebell swings. Just for starters :)
 
One push-up, roll to a right arm plank, left arm pointed toward the ceiling, do a hip dip (hips dip to the floor, then back up) and back to plank, do another push-up, and roll to left arm plank, hip dip, back to plank and another push-up. I don't know what they are called. I call them Starfish with push-up. When you get really good, try bouncing the push-ups, or one arm push-ups. I also like the kettlebell get up.
