Favorite Cathe Heavybag Workout

I recently bought a heavy bag and enjoying it. In addition to other dvds, I now have all of Cathe's dvds that have a Heavybag bonus. I have done the timesaver #2 on Rock out Knockout and really enjoy it. What is your favorite Cathe HeAVY Bag workout?

I love the new rockout knockout heavy bag but wish it was longer like the mma boxing bonus heavy bag, which I also love. But I would pick the rockout knockout as my fav. I did a heavy bag day where I did all of Cathe's heavy bag bonuses. I started with the mma boxing, into rockout knockout, then into hard strikes tabatas. I thought it was a great workout.

I would love to have that on a disk!! Like greatest hits kick box and have a premix of all heavy bag from all her kb workouts then a premix of just cardio with gloves and one cardio without gloves and one premix that is all together cardio and a premix that had cardio and heavy bag alternating in there! I hope she hurts and does that!!
