Favorite Cathe Full Body workout

What is your favorite Cathe full Body workout, besides Power Hour & MIS? I have both of those, but I don't like Power Hour and MIS is so long.
 
Super Sets and Push Pull
With the premixes available you can make your workouts longer or shorter.
I also really like Bootcamp and Muscle Endurance a lot. But those workouts go for about hour.

My vote is for Muscle Endurance - it hits every muscle. My second choice would be the combo workout on the Pyramid DVD.

I'm happy to hear the Pyramids are the favorite these days, as I just ordered this dvd and should arrive Thursday along with a couple I ordered from Collage. I'm ready for some new workouts! Can't wait! The kids are back in school, so I can focus more on working out! My only concern is that I don't have a ball, and hope I can get away without one. No room at the Inn for the ball and not too interested in it, but I'm sure that will change in a couple months. If anyone cares to share any ball modifications for Pyramids, I would appreciate it.
 
The Pyramids is my current favorite Cathe workout. The stability ball is used in the ab portion, but you can certainly do it without it. Personally, I don't do the ab workout on Pyramids. I have had lower back issues in the past and many of these positions are too risky for me. The Pyramids is a great DVD. You are going to love it :)
 
My current favorite full body workout is Push Pull, especially the double set premix. It's kind of long, but it fries my legs every time. I have yet to try Supersets, though. I've got to get that into a rotation very soon.

Thanks for the info runninggal. I didn't realize that she only used the ball for ab work. I thought Fittv may have cut out some ball work. Now I'm really excited!:7 :7
 
BodyMax is an amazing full body workout but it does run about 90 minutes in it's entirety. This workout never fails to challenge and leaves me feeling somewhere between exhausted and exhilarated.
The full body workouts I like with no cardio are Pyramids (gives me just the right amount of DOMS to know I've worked it) and Muscle Endurance.
Good Luck deciding, with such high quality workouts as these it's very hard to choose.

If Pyramids counts (2 separate workouts unless you do them all at once :eek: ), then so does S&H! S&H first, Pyramids second, Power Hour third.
Subject to change, of course, when we get the N*E*W workouts!
