I'm with you on the shoulders, chest, and back, and I'd do any exercise for these parts any day except for pull-ups. I have to be mentally prepared to those.
I'm also partial to triceps. Absolutely hate biceps, abs, and legs. I do them anyway. The body's gotta be balanced.
For legs, my favorite is deadlifts, too. I also don't like leg presses, lunges and squats -- they're not too kind to my knees.
Dips are okay. Don't hate 'em, but I can do without 'em. They've been good for my triceps though.
