Favorite body part to work/favorite and least fav exercises.

My favs to work are shoulders, chest and back. I also don't mind tri's. My least fav is biceps and abs.

I think my fav exercise is deadlifts.

Least favs: Leg presses, lunges, and dips.

Favs: chest (like the feeling of pushing strong in bench presses), back (my best body part, appearance-wise, IMO).

Least faves: hmmm...there aren't actually any that I hate, though I used to really dislike ab work (probably because I 'needed' it!)

Least favorites are legs (lunges, squats, leg presses, ugh!), back and stomach

I'm with you, Jenn. I like doing shoulders and chest but struggle with biceps and abs, even though I sure do see great results. they're just HARD! x(
 
Fav body parts: triceps, chest and glutes
Least fav body parts: biceps

Fav exercise: plie squats and deadlifts (dead even tie)

Least fave exercise: Leg presses and bicycle abs
 
I'm with you on the shoulders, chest, and back, and I'd do any exercise for these parts any day except for pull-ups. I have to be mentally prepared to those.

I'm also partial to triceps. Absolutely hate biceps, abs, and legs. I do them anyway. The body's gotta be balanced.

For legs, my favorite is deadlifts, too. I also don't like leg presses, lunges and squats -- they're not too kind to my knees.

Dips are okay. Don't hate 'em, but I can do without 'em. They've been good for my triceps though.

fav exercise would have to be lunges and single leg deadlifts!

least favorite exercises would have to be squats, I'd rather do hundreds of lunges rather than squats.

Fave is a toss up between legs and abs, probably because they're my strongest muscle groups.

Least fave muscles to work, shoulders because I have neck issues and shoulder work can aggravate it if I'm not real careful.

Oddly enough even though legs is a fave muscle group, static lunge low ends are my very least fave exercise.

Favorite is triceps and glutes. Love kickbacks and squats, don't know why. Least favorite is shoulders. I have a really hard time with form when I do shoulders.

Favorite is any Upper Body part and least favorite is Legs.

Favorite exercise would be BB frontal raises & Concentration Curls, Bench Presses....etc. :)

Least favorite is any Lower Body low-ends. ;-)

Fav - Back

Least fav - leg floor work

Fav exercises - P90X taught me to love push ups (except dive bombers! Hate those things). I like most back work and chest presses. HSTA is making me like leg presses a lot more!

Least favorite - easy - DIPS!! I hate those things with a passion. As Shelley once said - every time I hear Cathe say it's time for Dips, I keep hoping she'll break out the chips and salsa...

Favorite: shoulders. Love the exercises, love the results (you can't have bicep & tricep definition w/o good shoulders!). My favorite exercise is probably military press.

Least favorite: a toss up betw. legs & chest. Legs b/c they're so freakin hard, chest b/c it's my weakest bodypart. I think my least favorite exercise is lunges--they just kill me!

Ok, faves are bicep curls, abs, deadlifts, lunges and leg presses.

Least faves are definitely push ups, chest presses and shoulders.

Favs are shoulders, tris, and abs. In that order.
Least is chest probably because it's my weakest muscle. Push ups are the worst! I don't hate lunges, but I'm just plain bored of them. But they are must dos.
