Hi all! today I did 4DS Bootcamp, cardio only - a nice sweaty half hour :)

Tina let's wait a week, you can recover and I can get some kind of pull up contraption (I still haven't done that!). I think I'll do a day or two of total body this week to shake things up.

Sue, next week sounds great for STS. I ended up doing MM this morning, it was a gentle way to start back up. I can't wait for next week! : )

Checking in with a GREAT diet today (yay!!) and also 10 minutes of HC and Low Impact Step for 40 minutes :)
 
Sorry, I've MIA. Too busy tracking calories on MFP. PMS/TTOM is gone. I lost 9 days of progress, but I'm back to weight loss. now. I've lost 5 total since I started MFP 16 days ago or so. I eating more carbs and taking 2 rest days a week with my 1/2 training. 4 days of running and 1 day of weights. If I can get on dreadmill early enough, I might can squeeze in some HiiT or Tabatacize. I ran the whole 2 miles today. I felt really good. My endurance is definitely returning. I felt like I could have gone longer, and according to the plan, that's how I'm supposed to feel after a run.
 
Hi girls...

I'm very excited... I live in WA and we are having phenomenal weather...an high warm temps! It is making me very motivated to work hard. I updated my rotation for the next five weeks, so I'm doing the beginner rotation still but added HC and some ballet/barre.

Last night was my first HC...I did the 10 minute getting started...OMG... It was great but def hard! I am excited to Keep it up though because I think I will experience a big gain in core strength.

Also I decided to start tracking calories now...my goal is about 1500-1600 per day. I am using LoseIt because I like the user interface much better than MFP...it's more visually appealing. I also joined two challenges - one goes thru may 10 and is about exercise minutes and the other is to check in to LI every day in may. I'm excited.

I'm also getting my meal ideas from the flat belly diet because they are so easy and consist of food i actually enjoy eating...and like I said, are quick and easy and pretty healthy. I am feeling great. I have a goal to be down to 157 by Memorial Day weekend.
 
Hi there girls - hope you all had a great Tuesday and got in a good fat blasting workout!

I'm checking in w/ 30 minutes of total body sculpting and also 40 minutes of Low Impact Step...taking it easy, doing it only on a 4" step and just kind of medium-intensity...I didn't want to push to hard because my body is feeling tired but I wanted to get a little bit of cardio in just to keep up the good focus I was feeling yesterday.
 
hi ladies :). I've been pretty lax in my calorie counting for the last month and a half, I decided to concentrate efforts on the 1st with more accountability and no alcohol. so the past couple days I've been like "eh, I'm starting again on the first, I'll do whatever I want right now.". I'll be weighing/measuring in the morning, I expect to have gained some weight and my waistline isn't looking good.

Tina how are you feeling now that you're back in the swing of things? Can't wait to start STS next week :)

Candice nice job on getting the workouts in and listening to your body :). do you have any DOMS from HC?

Shereta WTG on increasing your endurance! I think regular exercise helps alleviate my PMS symptoms, plus I'm in a general better mood throughout the month.
