Can any one answer this I was having such agood workout week feeling strong and really full of energy and today CRASH I started rythmic step only made it throught he warm up and first step portion then I had to stop and hop on the treadmill just too much I hope this leaves tomorrow Just wondering if this ever happens to anyone

Hello Lisa,

This happens to me everynow and then - I'm feeling really good, energized, great workouts and all of a sudden I wake up one morning and can barely get through my workout. It usually happens when I've worked out for 7-8 days straight without a rest day so for me I know my body is asking for some recovery time. This is when I take a couple days off or just do some stretching and then I'm fine again.

Lisa, it happens to me all the time. Could be anything - TOM, pre-TOM, you're fighting a cold or something, or your body is just giving you a signal to take a day or two and rest. Hang in there!

Hey Thanks Carol now when I look at the calender that is exactly what it is have never noticed this before but Ialso just remembered I donated blood on wed and that definitely could be a factor why I was abnormally tired my brother reminded me of this He is an avid exerciser too and says he rest after donating I just kinda forgot about it I do it so often but whatever I slept great thursday night plan on having a good workout w/ME or PUB and some legs of MIS THanks for respondign to my post I knew you all could help

I thank you for the advice I definitely will be resting on the weekend as I work 12 hour nights so no workouts today i feel good after sleeping well and resting thursday parked it on the couch after barely getting thru the treadmill so I didi rest
