fat loss: emphasis on heavy weights, endurance, or both mixed up??? Forgive me if this post doesn't

Do you burn more fat from endurance workouts (ie Muscle endurance, and Boot Camp)
or heavy weight workout 4 x wk. along with cadio min 3 x wk.????
I am leaning towards heavy weights with cardio, but I’m in a quandary. Or should I mix it
up? This is what I came up with. I want to loose the rest of my weight once and for all,
and I am cleaning up my diet that’s been lacking since Dec. I am not sure if I should focus
on heavy weights or endurance. I’d like your opinion. Thanks...Faythe
Day 1 lower body pyramid
Day 2 Imax 2
Day 3 Upper body Pyramid
Day 4 Imax 2
Day 5 Boot Camp or Cardio and Weights
Day 6 off
Day 7 Upper body pyramid

I would not do IMAX that close together... I would put your day "off" on Day 4..
