fat loss and routine changes

I am working on loosing fat. I try to workout at least 6 days a week. The following is what a week looks like for me:
Mon - IMAX 1,2, or 3
Tues - Rythmic Step
Wed - Muscle Endurance or a curcuit tape
Thurs - treadmill for an hr, 4 miles
Fri - off, I work early maybe a walk in the evening
Sat - IMAX 1,2,or 3 or step challange
Sun - Muscle Max

My questions is if I do this weekly will my body adjust and do I need to mix it up? I am always using different tapes each week, I have several. Will my body get accustomed to the workouts by doing step 4 days and weights 2 days on a weekly schedule? How much does a person need to change it up? Does your body get so used to step that you should be doing something altogether different? I just want to make sure my hour every morning is the most effective it can be. Thanks Vicky

Hi Vicky, I am not Cathe but noticed you are "new" to our group and I wanted you to get a quick response.

Your body will adapt so it is a good idea to change things up every four weeks or so. Change will keep you challenged, keep you interested and keep you burning fat. Great question! Keep up the hard work!
