Fanny lifter for High Step Challenge?

I used my Fanny Lifteronce for this workout. leg presses were fine, but it was too unstable for everything else. I used part of my income ax return and ordered a High Step. I think it will be much more stable. My FL moved across the floor and sometimes it tipped over.

I use my fanny lifter for everything and have never had a problem. I used it for the High Step Challenge twice now and it's great.

I don't have any of Cathe's high step work outs but I have done the L and G standing leg premix using the fanny lifter...works fine except for the calf raises...I had to do them on the floor. When I tried to do them off the edge of the fanny lifter like they do off the high step, it was almost a near death experience! Fanny lifter is fine for certain things but I guess it's just not built for others...

Have a great work out!

The Fanny Lifter would be fine for leg presses, but it's too light and easily moved for any cardio, especially the type of cardio Cathe is doing. It would be far too easy to kick it out of the way. Also, if you look on the Fanny Lifter, it has a warning not to leap or jump on it. It's not made for that kind of action. (Though it does make a good laptop table, which is what I use it for!)
