my dogs head that is, while doing core max 1 and 2 today. Big ole' head right on top of my face trying to suffocate me. LOL! Just wanted to share. She does this all the time. I have to gently push her away. She is way too cute!!!!

Yeah, it is Stinky. If it were Speck, it wouldn't be a problem. LOL! I think her face is the size of a tennis ball. Stinky's face is like a bowling ball. LOL!

My big girl will sneak up on me and lick me. Many times I've gotten a french kiss from her when doing floor work!!!

One dog does this to me but every single time I go in the room to work out, thats when they have to come in and have their dinner.I have not went in there yet, that they have not chased me in.I don't understand.Maybe they don't like eating alone?

I've had a puppy for a month and never thought of this being a problem! He thinks I want to play with him when I'm doing step. I was doing Step & Intervals earlier and you start with those grapevines at the beginning-I almost stepped on him a few times. The little stinker thought I was playing lol. And every time I lie down for abs or whatever, he comes and licks my face. Hard to keep good form doing those chest flys with a puppy tongue in your eye!

Jill,

I almost stepped on Stinky yesterday when doing my walking lunges around the house. She just parks herself in front of me as if she wants me to step on her. My cat likes to lay on the bench so when I sit up, she drops her fat body down on it. They just want some attention, that's all.

My Aussie pokes me in the side during planks and push ups. It's tough to stay serious when a doggy nose is poking you.

When my dog, Samantha was a pup she was always getting underfoot. I had to lock her in the kitchen where she could watch from a distance.
Now that she is older (2), she stays in the same room but never gets to close. We have had some close calls.

I had a couple of long haired dachshunds that used to do the same thing. One would lay across my belly and the other would lick my face. Now my kitty tries to bite and grab my hair!!
