I would definitely use laser over waxing after doing both.

I do my own waxing( brows & upper lip ) and the hair grows back slower and finer. I get my supplies from Sally's beauty supply but if this would be your 1st time I suggest going to a professional to do it 1st. I'd say go for it.

I've been waxing for years (brow & upper lip area). It's quick and stings a little. I'm hispanic so my facial hair tends to be dark. I remember years ago the technician suggsted I have my upper lip waxed. I didnt want to because I had heard it grows in thicker. She suggested she'd do only one side to see if I liked it. Well, when she did the one side, my mustache was so much more obvious that I immediately had her do the other side and I've been having it done ever since.

PS: sometimes I use a home kit I got at Sally's and it works pretty good. Just be mindful of the timing it can cause some redness/burns.

Waxing, I say go for it. Once you start you'll never stop!!
