I just saw the blog update. This is one of my all-time favorite pictures of you! I vote for including this one in the 2008 Cathe calendar! :7 I would like to have a biceps pose like the ones in the Road Trip PictureTrails too! ;-)

Hi Heather, I love the picture of Cathe in the Eye of The Tiger it is great. It would be awesome on her calendar.


My dayghters name is Heather Marie she is 30. I am a young 51.

I haven't ordered the four day split because I thought the step would be hard on my knees but I can always modify if needed. I am so looking forward to the kickbox workout. I love the idea of 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights and workout completed:) :D

I think I will use my two other days for cardio coach workouts.

Modify, Modify, Modify!!!

Debbie:

I started Cathe’s workouts when I was at least 100 pounds overweight. The glory of her workouts is that all of them can be modified to suit your needs. The dancy step workouts are fun, fun, fun on the floor. Just use a mat instead of a step to make it easier to follow the choreography. Cathe even encouraged me to do this during the Road Trip, but I made it with a 4" step and no risers. I can tell you based on the choreography she previewed for us during her Friday morning step class that these step workouts look like they will be fun with or without a step! I personally use a 4" step with no risers, avoid doing step workouts on consecutive days, enjoy a rest day every week, and do not have any joint issues even though I am still very overweight. Listen to your body, but give the step workouts a whirl before you give up on them!

Now go order that 4-Day Split before the presale ends! ;-) And give your Heather a big hug for me! :7

I am very familar with Cathe's step workouts but it seemed to bother my knee the last few times. I need to get serious with my weight workouts again it always strengthens the muscles around my knee and my knees don't bother me then. I am going to order the workouts and I will give my Heather a big hug too. You are very lucky you were able to go on the road trip.

I need to get ready for work and then I will place my order.
