I was checking out the 30 day Strong and Sweaty rotation while waiting for my STS strength dvds to be delivered, I thought I had them. Did anyone add a few additional days of cardio?
I'm in the second week of this rotation and personally for me, the cardio is quite adequate. Cardio Slam and Cycle Sweat are pure cardio, PHA & Bootcamp have a cardio factor to them and Total Body Giant Sets & Ramped Up Upper Body move at a pace that can get the heart rate up as well. I definitely look forward to the one rest day!
Thanks, I did Boot Camp today and it was pretty cardio intensive. I don't have a Spin Cycle so I can't do the cycle cardio( I wish I did have a Spin Cycle) so I will do something else.
