Cathe,
Despite being overweight I do your videos regularly. They've helped me lose weight and get in superb cardiovascular shape for my weight. I am sure that if I continue with good diet and your tapes I will get to goal weight this year. Not only that but I got an "Ownindex" rating of 74 on my Polar F11 heart monitor test. That is a very high "elite athlete" rating! In fact anything above 44 in my age group (35) is elite. I am very grateful to you! When I do your tapes I feel like I have a personal trainer! I recommend them all the time.
I love Mixed Martial Arts and my husband is training and hoping to compete soon in MMA. We'd love an "explosive power" workout from you! (You are the only video trainer that my husband would actually consider doing). A lot of your cardio incorporate plyo, so you've got us covered there. But we hope that someday you will do a weight training/cardio combo video incorporating explosive speed in both lifting and cardio workouts. MMA weight training focuses on high rep, speed and power and often incorporate body weight exercises. If you already have a video that works this way please excuse me. I did do a search but nothing seemed to emphasize the "explosivness" I hear in the MMA training circles.
Yours Truly,
