Well I don't know what to do anymore. Lately I have tried to mix in more cardio so then my weight goes up????? I am going back to my old food journals and trying to figure out why my body is changing just now, what am I doing wrong? So what I do now is continue to eat every 2-3 hours like before, but I am going to start making dinner earlier. Instead of having it around 6 sometimes, I want to shoot for 5 at the latest. I do have a PM protein shake that is very low in carbs, but I swear everytime I drink it before bed, I wake up to go on the scale to find I have gained a few more pounds. So I know if I don't eat before bed, I will be starving and more fat will be stored. My weight just has been yo yoing from gaining a pound to gaining 4 and my bodyfat just keeps going up. Now it says 15%. All I can do is continue to see what will work for me so right now I am just experimenting with everything. So far the cardio is turning me off if I wake up the next day to see I am weighing more. WTH????? I know it could just be water weight, but still!!!!! Sorry, I don't have any answers here...still searching....
ETA: Oh, and I when I go out to eat, people cannot believe how much food I can eat (its all good, btw), and how often, but if they seen how hard I work to lift the heavy weights, then maybe they would understand! LOL!
