This is a two part question
A)I took everyone's advise and started weight traing on my legs.I started on Mon. needless to say that it is Thurs. and my legs are in so much pain I could barely walk.I'm supposed to do my legs today again but I'm not sure if I should or if I should completly recover.
B)I understand that Cathe says you should do 8 wweks of MIS and then move on to the PS series.
I have done the MIS upper body for about three months now I just started the legs this week.So my question is should I purchas the ps series and start them on my upper body and leater on my lower or does the series have to be done together.
By the way I'm hooked on this site Cathe and all you guys (excuse me I'm from Brooklyn)have been great and very helpful.
