Hi and congratulations! Yes, if you are feeling fine and up to it, you can keep going with your current exercise routine, however, be sure to never get breathless. You should be able to say 2 to 5 word sentences while exercising. If your intensity starts to creep up beyond that, then simply cut back on intensity and let the heart rate come down a bit. As for weights, strive for maintenance toning. Keep your weight selection moderate, since, for now, heavy weight tends to spike the heart rate and later on can stress the tendons and ligaments a bit too much.
Overall, your fitness workouts should now aim to keep your cardiovasular system and muscles conditioned for a more comfortable pregnacy as well as keeping you strong for your delivery day. Now is the time to think of exercise as an overall maintenance program as opposed to setting and/or striving to reach goals.
