Hi Cathe and everyone,
Is there any exercises I can do to generally keep my upper body toned with my broken arm? Tomorrow I should be getting another cast on it, and I'm hoping that one has a better bend for the elbow as when I try to put it behind my head, as when doing a cruch it's way out far from my head so I got to do all of those with just one arm. Though I did find moving my arm wih the cast on it, over certain places, it sure made the ab work harder. But I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to keep my chest muscles up and strong, as I know my left arm is going to be really weak by the time I get this dumb cast off it. And I'm figuring I can do most of the leg exercises, and I can do the arm exercises that work one arm at a time and just work the good arm, but I'm worried I'm going to have a flabby chest out of this.
Thanks for any help,
Kelly
