Exercises for rounded shoulders...

I have rounded shoulders and wonder what exercises I can do to "pull them back?" I have good posture, but the rounded shoulders make me look like I am slouching. I just don't want my shoulders to look like my grandma's when I get older...Thanks for everyone's help.

Release and repeat), lat pulldowns and bent over rows. You also probably need to stretch your chest and front shoulder muscles. So much of our daily activities involve reaching to the front of the body: working at the computer, driving, etc. that these muscles can become tight and pull the shoulders inward. A good website to check out for pictures of exercises and stretches is www.exrx.net. Hope this helps!
