Exercises for chest reduction

I just got Cathe's CTX Upper Body and Leaner Legs. I really want to reduce my chest (as well as the rest!), but am really focused on the chest area. What other videos/exercises would you suggest? THanks.

Someone else posted this same question a while back also. I don't think there is any one exercise that will reduce the chest. Big breasts are nothing more than fat. If you lose some weight (not saying you need to), your breasts will go down as well. I also can be a bit chestie at times. When I got married, I was a D cup. I am now 20 lbs. lighter and am a B cup (much to my husband's sorrow). I can understand your plight. I have friends that want big boobs and I always say, no you don't. I've had them, they are nothing great. I would love to be an A cup. Big breasts make you look heavier than you are.

I have a D-DD chest and unless I starve it doesn't go down much. Years ago when I weighed in at 100 pounds I had a B cup. But I was emaciated and gross. Sometimes it is just in the genes, baby!!! I think if I dieted hard I could probably get them to C's. But it would take alot of maintenance work to keep them there..

I have been exercising regularly since November. I have seen reductions to every body part except my chest. I know that I have to lose weight in the chest area. I don't want to have an obese orangutan's chest much longer!

How do you maintain the lift once you do shrink them? Considering they are fatty tissue? Is there any truth to Joyce Vedral's claim on her site..."lose bra roll and lift breasts?" Some say chest flyes and that overhead pullover does the breast good.

Like others have said, the only way to reduce the chest is to lose weight. Cup size seems to have a life of its own, if you ask me. One day I just noticed I had gone from a C to a D without gaining any weight! C was better than D. D is not proportionate to the rest of my body. The only really attractive large breasts I have ever seen were on people who were under the age of 22 or who had implants. (To me, the idea of having surgery for other than important health reasons is the most alien concept in the universe.) I envy people who can jump around with little support, but, hey, there are worse things in life, right?
