Exercises for "batwings"

Hi Cathe,

I've been working my arms more intensively since Christmas. I've been using S&H, GS, PUB, MM, etc. Though my arms have become quite stronger (I often am able to match your weight or am close to it!), I still have a hard time getting rid of those "batwings". I guess I still need to tone more my arms but I'd like to know which exercises or workouts would help me achieve my goal (right now I don't know what is the best way to workout).

I am not Cathe...Even though I lift heavy and my muscle is solid, if I gain too much weight overall from bad food choices or partying too much, I'll see them reappear (usually around the holidays). To help get rid of them you'll need to lower your body fat percentage, which means adding cardio to your routine, or cutting calories. But remember to take in enough quality protein to retain your muscle mass.
