Hi, any help would be much appreciated.

I workout 5 nights a week, but am looking toi start training 5 monrings a week instead. I would value some advice on the best fitness routine/split to work out 5 mornings a week, between 45-60 minute each session. I would like to include abs, upper and lower body weights and cardio if possible, but am not sure what it the best way to split this to get maxiumum results, and how long for each session/body parts.

Any help would be gladly appreciated!

Kind regards to you all.

Hi Jane,

Cathe just released her new 4 Day Split Series, which sounds like it is just what you are looking for! On the main Cathe website, there is a large ad for it which you can click on to learn more about it. The weight work covers all of the major muscle groups, and it's a really fun series!

Hope this helps!

Hi Jane! Cross Train Express is a great series too! There are six different workouts, all between 45 - 60 minutes long which includes cardio AND weights. Each workout involves a single muscle group for that day. All the cardio is vaired...step/hi-lo/kickbox/intervals/circuit training...They are some of Cathe's older workouts but some fun stuff and she gets a lot of work done in under an hour! (Can you get more then one series because 4 Day Split is great too!) Have fun deciding! Here is a link for CTX (Cross Train Express) if you'd like to read more details:

Let us know what you decide!

Hi Leanne,

Many thakns for your kind help. I have just had a look at the 4 day split, which sounds very good, except that I do not like step aerobics etc., as I am extremely uncoordnated!!

Any other splits without step etc. would be much apprecaited.

Regards to all.

Jane
