Exercise Bands

Hi! Somewhat of a new person to the forums. I have a quick question about the bands used in several of your dvds. What size green band do I need to purchase? Thank you so much!

Hi Magmat! Prior to my Fitness by Cathe line, we were using Dynaband's bright green medium tension band. However, in my Fitness by Cathe line I offer a green medium tension band which actually delivers more tension than the medium tension Dynaband we used before. My current line is not quite available yet but will be very shortly. If you decide to purchase elsewhere keep in mind that all bands can fluctuate in tension to some degree and will effect how you feel the exercise. We noticed this immediately while using the Fitness By Cathe bands with Firewalkers }( ;( and finally upon completion of the exercise :7
