exercise ball and barbell

I purchased the timesaver bodyblast series and wanted to purchase the pink exercise ball and the barbell used in this video. Can someone please tell me what size ball to get (Cathe used it for the ab workout) and where to find the barbell as well? thank you

The size stability ball you need will depend on your height. You'll find forum members use all diffrent styles of barbells. I got mine at a local Sports Authority. I've gotten my dumbellls at Dick's, which use to be called Galyan's.

I used the height chart and got the small ball (I'm short). Even though it's the recommended size, I think it's TOO small. I wish I got the medium.

www.power-systems.com also has good stability balls in different colors. (They also have some new stuff in their recent catalog!)

thanks deana and kathryn for your advice. I ordered I think the medium one which was the red one. I have a blue one that is 65 cm and the chart where I ordered the new one says that is for height of 5'7" - 5'11" so that is why I felt so clumsy cuz I am only 5'3" barely and shrinking by the minute as I age - ha ha. Anyway cant wait to get the new one and try it out.
