I did Slow and Heavy Chest, and MIS Shoulders, Triceps and Abs today then I did a premix off of KPC for my cardio. I was a glutton today for exercise. Hope everybody else has a great workout.:7
Still fighting this cold and wasn't up for any intense cardio, so I did the Bonus Combo on the BC/ME dvd. I actually feel a little better after exercising and a shower.
Hi there. I walked 3.5 miles. My legs are killing me from S&H legs yesterday so I'm taking it easy. I'm planning on doing a few chapters of Abs Hits tonight and depending how I feel I may do S&H biceps/triceps.
