I just have to share this. Maybe it's kind of cheesy, but next Monday night I am going to work out with "Siren" from American Gladiators!!! It's a class called Elite Pump and it's all weights! I'm rather psyched about it!

Sheesh, I loved American Gladiators this summer! Siren was one of my fav's and if I could work out with Helga, I would be soooo happy!

Siren's real name is Valerie Waugauman. She was a professional figure compeititor. I emailed her last year before the 2007 Ms. Olympia and she's a very nice person--all about health and fitness and good nutrition. She's also known as "The Green Goddess." Check out her website:
