excited to do 1st workout

I'm excited to do 1st workout on monday =)
quick question,I can view "live stream" videos great on iPhone 6+ and on laptop but I can't seem to get the Apple TV icon to appear to throw it up on the tv. I've watch tutorial and followed instruction to the letter but it still on show up. Please help =)

I use my laptop and an HDMI cable. I have windows 8 and just log into cathe live and it connects through the cable. I don't know about Apple tv or icons, sorry.

Hello Terina,

The first thing I would check is to make sure that your Apple TV and other devices are on the same wifi network. That is the most common reason for AirPlay not showing up.

If they are on the same network, on your AppleTV go to Settings > AirPlay and make sure that AirPlay is turned on.

If you could check those two things first then let me know if it doesn't solve the problem, we can troubleshoot from there.

I'll also add that occasionally I have to restart my apple TV for it to be able to see my phone. Hope one of these tips help!

Ok I everything is on same wifi connection, Air play is on. But still no icon.
And I also restarted Apple TV
And still no icon.

Yay!!!!!! i got it to work, I had to go thru netflix. the Apple TV icon was on there so i turned it on from there and i got my Live Cathe to work on my tv =)

Me Too. I just joined the On Demand/ Cathe live combo. We have a new smart TV I hope to use, or just our laptop with a better external speaker. I already have tomorrow picked out- the push pull total body.
