I just called the 800.433.STEP number to order the Cardio Kicks and Interval Max video workouts, and I had the most delightful customer service rep ever! Warm, pleasant, efficient, and a wonderful laugh! (I always like to get 'em giggling a little bit!) She laughed even harder when I told her the Interval Max order was to replace the I-Max video I already have, because I've played/done it so much I'm scared it's gonna break!
