Excel spreadsheet for 4 day split?

I'm working on it along with some help from a friend. We'll probably have it all done by tonight. Everything but Kickbox is done--can be downloaded from my blog (see my signature below). I'll be uploading Kickbox as well but not until later today.

Look to the right side of the blog under Fitness Tools for Download--it's the 4th one on the list.

Hi Diane Sue, You are in great shape and quite an inspiration. I have a personal question and am hoping you reply Is your physique to mainly to work out videos you do at home? Or do you supplement with gym type equipment?
Seeing how great you and Cathe look, I'm inspired to stay out of the Halloween candy and work out more.

There are a couple of typos I just noticed on the Kickbox worksheet: I got the number of dumbbells wrong somehow a couple times:

Here are the corrections so you don't have to re-download:

Deadlifts on Step -- it's 2x20 instead of 1x20
Leg Press/Outer Thigh Lift -- it's 2x12 instead of 1x12.

Also correcting this on the worksheet and reuploading it.
