I have (finally) made up an Excel spreadsheet of all of Cathe's workouts. If anyone wants a copy of the Excel file, email me at [email protected] so I can just reply to your email with the file. Tell me if you need the latest version of MS Office (.xlsx) or if you have Office 97-2003 (.xls).
The columns are Workout name, Year, Series, Time (in minutes), Level, Category, abs?, #times I did it, and My Comments.
I really wanted an Excel file to easily keep track of workouts I'm doing, and to be able to do quick searches and sorts to locate information that I want.
I did not have time to include premixes for now.
Also please let me know if anyone finds errors or omissions, etc.
