Is there a thread anywhere that lists the exact exercises on the PUB and PS DVD's? I can only do certain exercises because of neck, etc., limitations (no overhead lifts) and PUB looks exactly like what I need without having to make too many modifications. I've seen the Cathe DVD page which list the exercises, but it says chest 1, chest 2, chest 3, etc. -- what I am looking for is whether it's a lateral raise, front raise, bent over fly, etc. I know I saw this a long time ago, but of course when you need something it seems to disappear.
