EVERYONES FIRST EVER CATHE WORKOUT

My first purchase was MIC about 7 years ago. Little did I know that a home exercise video could kick my butt! Cathe was tougher than any live aerobics class I've done in the past. (I've taken classes from many different instructors)

MIS was my first.

I found it searching Collage video for a total body weight workout that used more than 5 lb dumbbells.

It was so much harder than anything I had done before and I both loved and hated it. Then I was hooked.

My first Cathe was Step Heat which I ordered from the Collage catalog more than eleven years ago. Wow, has it really been that long?:)

Low Max last January
It drove me nuts at first, but I was determined I was going to finish it all the way through (without risers!) but it still kicked my butt for the first 2 mos. I kept see the website on the DVD (got it from Collage Video) and meant to get here, but didn't until May. I have been adding 2 videos to my collection about every 3-4 wks now (have 2 more coming Thursday).

Mine was MIC- that was about 4 years ago. I was so hard then, I barely made it through the hi/lo. No I do it on my "easier" days.

My first workout was Muscle Max- just got it in April & I was totally hooked!! It's still one of my favs!!

Hugs,

MIS. I was desperate for more advanced home workouts and stumbled upon Cathe.

Step Max was it. After that I was hooked. My friend got it, let me use it and I eventually passed her up in purchases. I now own every DVD she has.

Kick, Punch and Crunch and Legs and Glutes on the same DVD off ebay was my first. Many DVDs later I tell everyone about Cathe, my 'personal trainer'!

Fun question!

Guess I get the prize - haha! My first Cathe was Step N Motion 1 - Was that 1988 or 1989? And have been buying them ever since!

I'm with KathyH on this -- I started out with Cathe in 1995 and my first purchase was Mega Step Blast and The Wedding Video. Sometime in that same time frame Cathe started these forums and (although you can hardly tell from my post count because I'm a Frequent Lurker), I've been a member since way back then. I can hardly believe it's been 11 years!!!

KPC/Legs & Glutes because of the great reviews about KPC. At the beginning when Cathe says, "Gettin' pretty tired, aren't you?" I thought she was one crazy broad - only about 60 more minutes to go! It was next to impossible to do all those kicks, and I felt like my legs were lead. Not to mention my form was all over the place. But I was determined and eventually I could finish it.

I just did this a couple days ago, and it's definitely my all-time favorite.
