Melissa - When I wore it, my total was right around 2000 calories and that included one of the CLX weight workouts (which only burn about 200 calories for me). I have a pretty sedentary job and sat at my desk all day.
It was right around my estimate (BMR=1500, AMR=1800, workout=200 - total estimate 2000).
Thanks Cindi! I am going to use the 1888 to gauge my calorie intake even it if isn't 100% accurate. I has to be better than assuming I burn 2400 calories in 24 hours and eating 1900 calories and think I'm still in a deficit.
Yesterday I ate about 1400 calories and I'll add a couple hundred calories on the days I workout. Hopefully that gets the scale moving in the right direction.
