Ever noticed...

that Cathe always does those dreaded "uneven lunges" over the step when you're already thoroughly exhausted? :) }( i did Circuit Max today and just did side-ups for the first round before joining in. Sheesh...those are tough!! She does them in MIC too which -as you know- is one intense cardiofest!! :D
 
Haven't really noticed that. I'm too busy looking for my heart on the floor!!!:)

I do notice that Cathe loves to put in low ends when your legs have turned to jelly from all those weighted squats.

I've noticed that just when I get REALLY tired doing any exercise(squats,plyos,low ends), she always says that we have like 12-16 more to go. It just kills me!
