Its nice to know that it isn't just me who as one of those days,even when you start out feeling "on top of the world"
I find PH very challenging as well.The funny thing is,I never use to find ME that hard.BUt it wiped me today.
Its nice to feel worked but then there are times when you do a workout and you end up thinking, am I getting weaker?
I haven't really been doing endurnace type workouts lately.I have been doing the Pyramid System ,PP and SS. I don't think PP and SS are that difficult.I guess I also forgot about all those low ends as well.
