Espresso place close by?

Reena!

How sweet! Please don't make a trip for me but if you happen to go, I like their "Skinny Vanilla Lattes". This has me smiling thinking you are taking my order for 4 months from now! LOL! Can you keep it HOT til then?

Thanks so much!

P.S. Linda - no need to treat....my pleasure to drive you ... let's try to meet up.

Hmmm, I've never had an iced one but I bet that would be good too! Surprise me!

Iced coffees are really thirst-quenching in the hot summer(and it will be hot at the time of the roadtrip!), and after a workout! Plus it has that same amount of caffeine it it that you/we like!..... mmmmm :)

lookout starbucks here we come.....
maybe we'll do hot in the am and iced in the pm...to get us all through.

Linda - as the trip gets closer, let's PM to exchange numbers to definitely meet.
Debbie - I know where to find you - right at the front of the class :)

Thanks Linda, I'll def need to try one iced! Reena, I better not move from the front of the class then. You might not FIND me!

Another post from the local food and coffee snob...

If you want REALLY GOOD coffee, you NEED to make a visit to Crescent Moon in Mullica Hill, NJ:

http://www.cmcoffee.com/

It is only 10-15 min (depending on traffic) from Four Seasons and has the best coffee in the Philadelphia area. The owners themselves travel the world to get the best coffees, they roast all their own beans, and the baristas are all well-trained and artists in their own right. They also supply their beans to Whole Foods and many other area coffee houses.

If you want to go to somewhere a little closer to Four Seasons that has good coffee, try Progressive Coffehouse right here in Glassboro:

http://www.progressivecoffeehouse.com/

It is a local hangout for Rowan University students and faculty and also has good coffee, but they don't roast their own beans.

Both places offer coffees that are far better than Starbucks IMHO...but hey, I know that 'bucks fans are almost as dedicated as Cathe fans!!!

Thanks Curtis!

Sounds like we may have to do a couple RT's within the RT! Ha! Thanks for the suggestions!

As I download my roadtrip docs, I made sure to print this as well :) thanks again!

South Jersey is most definitely not known for its walkability. I grew up there, most neighborhoods don't even have sidewalks. Public transportation is pretty much nonexistent. People on foot are about as rare as people from outer space.

I cannot believe what you people are willing to go through for an expresso! I am LMAO here! llp, maybe you should just pack your machine. :p

I think if you're looking for a place closer to the hotel rather than Cathe's for, you know, your morning constitution, ;) if you make a left out of the hotel & make a left at the next intersection there are a ton of food places right there. I'd bet dollars to Dunkin Donuts you could get a good cup 'o joe right in the area.

haha laura...
I have brought my espresso machine on vacation before! But, that is when we drove our car. I will be flying in from the West Coast, so it would have to be checked-in baggage, if I did something like that! Or, well, I could take it as a carry-on item! I think it would not be worth it, though!
Nowadays, 2 things I scope out when I got on vacation: 1) expresso places, and 2) workout facilities. I don't always get what I want, but, I like to know what I am getting into..... It sounds like there will be options on this first-timer's Road Trip!

Looking forward to meeting you and everyone!
