I have a friend who gets an error message when trying to log-in to Cathe forums. This happened with the unveiling of the new updated forum look. Does anyone have a suggestion on how she can fix this?
I'd try resetting the password. Just before hitting the Login button hit the 'forgot my password' link. It should be just below that. If that doesn't work more details such as what specific device is being used, Mac or PC, browser etc. may help.
